The Body Connection Path

Begin with insight. Add structure when it helps. Choose human support when the work needs to become personal.

The method

Body Connection Nutrition is not a collection of unrelated worksheets. Every experience belongs to one of three kinds of work.

Notice

Make visible what usually happens automatically: a body signal, interpretation, rule, claim, cue, urge, or repeated choice.

Examine

Ask what shaped it. Restore biology, learning history, evidence, reward, relationships, culture, access, resources, and environment.

Rebuild

Retain what still fits, revise what does not, and create frameworks and conditions that make more room for your body, values, and actual life.

Choose the amount of support that fits

The path does not require everyone to buy everything. Each level stands on its own and opens the next level if you want it.

1

The Body Connection Field Note

Get one useful question each month.

Each Field Note unpacks one body signal, eating pattern, or nutrition claim through the Body Connection lens. Choose which deeper-learning announcements you would also like to receive. This does not enroll you in a course or reserve a paid seat.

The point of the ladder

You are not buying your way toward being “better.”

Each level simply adds a different kind of structure: visibility, guided investigation, sustained learning, shared practice, or individualized care. Use the amount of support that helps—and no more than you need.
