Individual nutrition care

Virtual Registered Dietitian Nutrition Counseling

Evidence-based virtual nutrition counseling for people who are tired of conflicting advice, rigid food rules, and feeling as though their bodies have betrayed them.

Nutrition care that begins with understanding

I work with people who feel overwhelmed by nutrition information, disconnected from hunger and other body signals, or caught in cycles of restriction, guilt, and starting over. Our work may include making sense of appetite, rebuilding trust around food, understanding the conditions shaping your eating, and finding forms of care that are realistic for your actual life.

Sessions may include:

What sessions are like

We begin with your experience rather than a preset plan. Early visits focus on assessment, education, and identifying the conditions that are making nourishment difficult. As you begin testing strategies, our work shifts toward reflection, problem-solving, and building skills you can use independently.

You will not be graded on adherence. We use what happens between sessions as information.

Begin with a free consultation

A free 20-minute Google Meet consultation gives us an opportunity to talk about what you are looking for, answer your questions, and decide whether working together feels like a good fit.

Body Connection Nutrition is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance. Costs and available services will be explained before you decide whether to schedule a clinical appointment. There is no obligation to continue after the consultation.

Where I can provide care

Because nutrition licensing requirements depend on where you are physically located during an appointment, clinical services are currently available to people located in Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Washington.

You will be asked to confirm your location before beginning care.

Please note: Scheduling or participating in a free consultation does not establish a clinician–patient relationship. The consultation is not medical or nutrition treatment and should not be used for urgent concerns. A clinical relationship begins only after we mutually agree to work together and the required consent and intake documents have been completed.
